Sun Park is a New York City-based Image Maker, deeply rooted in the city’s vibrant art scene. Originally from Seoul, South Korea, Park’s early exploration into photography centered on ‘what does it mean to look’, and ‘what does it mean to make something into a photograph’. This thoughtful approach to the image-making process remains central to his practice today. Park holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Photography, Video, and Related Media from the School of Visual Arts (SVA) 

Park’s fine art and commercial approach to photography allows him to produce both meticulously crafted studio photographs and evocative on-location images. Park recently participated as a juror at the Scholastic Art Competition at the national level, further cementing his commitment to nurturing the next generation of creative talent.
